We’ve been neighbors with Lee for over 20 years now and we are sorry to learn of his passing. We will keep his Family, Friends and all who knew him in our thoughts.
Lee, as your youngest sister, I always looked up to you. You had the prettiest blue eyes. You grew up to be a farmer and along with that you loved your Black Angus Cattle. You had three fine children who have grown up into fine adults. I won't go into every life experience which you helped me, but I remember when I had my first car, a Blue Falcon. Jim my high-school sweetheart and I are on our way home from high school. There was a thin layer of ice on the road and I sorta recall we might have been exchanging a kiss. When lo and behold something appeared right in front of us with red brake lights on. When unable to stop that little Falcon car ended up pushing the other car a little bit ahead of us. There was no question who I called first. I called my big brother Lee. He told me not to worry that he would c a l m Mom and Dad down and stay close by in case I really did get in trouble. And as always he did. This is a memory I have of a 16 year olds admiration for her older brother. And I knew all my life if I ever yelled help he would have been there. Fly high dear brother, fly high and say a hello and give mom and dad a hug, my oldest brother Do n and all those that have went before us. But I especially want you to say hello and give our dear s o n Jason a hug and kiss from us. Love you so much Big Brother.

(You do not know me, but I am the daughter of Jim and Edna McKinney) I saw Lee the last week of May and we talked about his times with my mother and dad. I planned to go to my HS reunion in August, and said I would see him then. I am so sorry for your loss. Lee and his children meant much to Jim and Edna and they talked about them often.
