Alexandra, Michael and I, are grateful for the time we have had to know you, and have you in our lives. It has been an honor, a privilege, to know the wonderful, strong, beautiful woman you are, and a cherished "Mimi" in Alexandra's life. You have left behind a beautiful legacy of love, family, and heritage with Charles, Patsy, and the grandchildren. 97 years of life, health and love is an amazing legacy and we are deeply blessed by your example in all. Thinking of you, Patsy, and remembering your wonderful mom. I am sorry for your loss.
Our hearts are broken. Aunt Thelma was one of the sweetest, kindest and classiest ladies I've ever met! We will always cherish the times we spent with her. Her love for family was unshakable. Patsy, Charles, Andy, Aaron and Jim - we wish we could be there with you, but please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We loved her very much and love you all.
So sorry for your loss.
Thelma & Charles are Carolyn & my best friends. Thelma, like me, was a "country kid" and we both went to Jenkins Country Grade School, about four miles North of Flora. She had finished that school just before I started. Charles & I were in the Flora High School Class of 1950, argue ably the best class ever in our opinion. The Tadlocks never missed one of our many class reunions. After we moved to South FL in 1976, the Tadlocks started "wintering" in our area and we spent many nights visiting and having meals together. Then when we visited Flora, we often rendezvoused with them and very much enjoyed their fellowship and Thelma's pies. God Bless you Thelma, we will surely miss you! Tommy & Carolyn Harrell
Sorry for your loss Thelma was a beautiful friendly lady. We always enjoyed visiting with her. Our daughters were friends with her daughter and our daughter Paula spent a lit of time at Thelma's home visiting with Patsy. Prayers of comfort for all the family and friends.
I remember her from Clay County State Bank when we went in to talk to Danny. She was always kind to me and my parents James and Deloris Mayberry. Bless you all.
