Very few people know or remember how Tom Pemberton and Bill Spitzner brought that club room downstairs, build a new office men and women's restrooms in a state of the art kitchen. They turn that old House into a very respectable American Legion post 14 as well as the club Inc. And they did this with the help of several volunteers, who are veterans of the arm services. That post was organized by to World War I veterans who are dedicated to finding someplace where veterans could meet and organize and donate time and money to the community.
I am sorry for your loss. Tom was such a great guy and will be missed.
