Antoinette Ellen Davis, age 70, of Farina, Illinois, passed away Wednesday evening, July 4, 2024, at her home with her husband by her side.

      She was born April 9, 1954, in San Diego, California, the daughter of Tevis L. and Agnes M. (Hollis) Hager.  Antoinette married Lester Emmett Davis on August 28, 1990, at Edgewood Park in Edgewood, and together they have shared 34 loving years.

      Antoinette worked as a truck driver, driving for several trucking companies, including Henderson and PST Trucking, before she and Lester became owner/operators of their own truck.  She enjoyed spending time at her home with her dogs and cat.  Antoinette was of the Catholic faith.

      Antoinette is survived by her husband, Lester Davis of Farina; and several nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in her passing by her parents; a sister, Stephanie Pauline Noe; and a brother, Stephen Paul Hager.

      A graveside ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at Mahon Cemetery in rural Mason where interment will follow.  Those attending are invited to arrive directly at the cemetery.  Memorial donations are suggested to the family for final expenses and will be accepted through the funeral home.  To share a condolence or a memory, visit: www.frankandbright.com
