Deana “Dee” Kay Martin, age 71, of Flora, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Thursday morning, March 27, 2025, at Axiom Healthcare of Flora.

      She was born September 22, 1953, in Centralia, daughter of the late Robert Ora and Pauline Laverna (Tolliver) Martin.

      Dee was a member of the Flora Assembly of God Church and enjoyed listening to live gospel music.  Operation Christmas Child held a special place in her heart and she was eager to contribute when she could in order to help children around the world.

      She is survived by her son, Nick Tate; and a special friend, Darrell Holman.
