Elsie was one of the residents at Flora Gardens Care Center who made me excited to be there. She was an amazing woman and she knew had to make you laugh. Everyday, at least once a day, she would manage to call me "doll". I saw so much of my own grandmother in Elsie and she will truly be missed by all staff at the Gardens. Condolences to the family.
