Kevin L. Chambers, age 62, of Louisville, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Clay County Hospital in Flora, Illinois.
Kevin was born May 1, 1952 in Springfield, Missouri, to Ralph E. and Beaulah W. (Cearlock) Chambers. He married Gloria Woolever on May 3, 1980. Kevin had worked at Fedders and Petty’s as a forklift driver and served in the U.S. Navy. He was a collector, loved movies, and was interested in cars. Kevin loved being around family and his grandkids.
Kevin is survived by his wife: Gloria Chambers of Louisville; children: Tylon Chambers of St. Peter and Cassie Chambers of Louisville; 5 grandchildren: Brodie, Emma, and Peyton Chambers, McKenzie Chambers, and Gavin Chambers; a sister: Rita DeShazo of Independence, MO; sister-in-law: Mary Lou Chambers of Creighton, MO; 2 brother-in-laws: Tim Woolever of Flora and Steve (Teri) Woolever of Kansas; sister-in-law: Robin (Dan) Woolever of Louisville; along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers: Ralph Chambers and Steven Atchley, a sister: Jeannie, his mother-in-law: Julia Woolever, and a sister-in-law: Debbie Campbell.
A gathering for family and friends of Kevin Chambers will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Monday, November 24, 2014 at Frank & Bright Funeral Home in Flora. Memorials may be given to the family to assist with expenses. To share a memory or express a condolence, go to www.frankandbright.com.

Cassie, your dad was such a nice person. He always made me laugh and he always talked about you and his grand kids. He loved each of you so much. I'm so sorry for your loss. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
