Linda A. Grau, age 66, of Cisne, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014, at Clay County Hospital in Flora.
Linda was born September 9, 1948, in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Arthur and Ella (Olderog) Grau.
She is survived by a sister: Peggy (Chuck) Hammond of Virginia; a brother: Dan (Patti) Grau of Oklahoma; a nephew: Devon Grau; and several dear friends.
Most recently, Linda had worked at Dollar General in Flora.
In honoring Linda’s wishes, there will be no services. Frank & Bright Funeral Home in Flora is handling the arrangements.

Pegs...so sorry to hear of Linda's passing. Have many wonderful memories of her when you and she came to visit your grandma Olderog in Durant. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.
So sorry to hear about Linda's passing. I will miss her so much. I will miss our trips to Effingham and our lunch outings. I'm still in shock. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. Rest in Peace Linda. Love ya Sweetie. Love, Pat
Linda and I were roommates at College in Milwaukee. We stayed in a dorm and continued to be roomies in an Apt in Milwaukee after that where we had lots of fun and adventures. After I married in 1968 we did not see much of each other but kept in contact until late 1992. After that we lost contact. I feel so sorry and a sadness that Linda died and way too young. I will think her often and of the good times we shared. My condolences to her family.
