Prayers of comfort for all of you. I've always thought of Margo as being a very beautiful, classy lady. I can still see her walking in the store, always a kind word and a smile.
Our thoughts are with all of you. Knowing Margo is seeing all of God's beauty must be a great comfort.
I am sorry I can't be with the family in Flora at this time, but would like to offer condolences and a short message. From my earliest days I remember Aunt Margo as a very kind, busy and engaged woman. She always had a smile and a pleasant, warm demeanor and interest in what was going on. In the 1950s and 60s with no day care or video games there was plenty to keep a Mom with six children busy. Yet there were no complaints. I fondly remember the many family get-togethers at Gram Brooks for the holidays and all the fun the cousins had while the women cooked wonderful meals. The women of the Etchison family were dedicated to supporting their husbands and raising their children in a selfless manner. This maybe an "old value," but it is still a good one. In this regard Margo was outstanding. And so, I say "thank you" for all you did for your family, Aunt Margo. God bless and rest in peace.
May the road rise to meet you, May the wind be always at your back May the sunshine be warm upon your face, May the rains fall upon your fields And may God hold you in the hollow of his hand, until we meet again. Erin Go Bragh

Always enjoyed Margo's dry sense of humor and her smile. She often would tell me stories of attending mass at the "theatre" while the new church was being built. Rest in Peace Margo.

Joe & Myrna I am so sorry for your loss. Please know your entire family is in my thoughts and prayers
I have so many wonderful memories of Margo. During high school, I spent nearly as much time at Margo's kitchen table as I did my own. She was not afraid to speak her mind and I loved that about her. She also wasn't shy about showing her support for Mona and the rest of us, regardless of the sport....we didn't have to see her to know she was there! After moving away from Flora, a trip home wasn't complete unless I got to go visit with Margo. She always showed sincere interest in what was going on in my life, she could ask the good questions like a seasoned reporter, and she loved to hear all the details. I will miss those visits terribly. I will miss Margo terribly. Sandy and I are sorry we could not be there for the services. We send our love and hugs to you all.
So sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I recognized her picture even though I have not seen her for years. Loved the comments from others. I'm sure she will be missed. Dan and I are praying for you all in your time of loss.
Joe, I'm so sorry for the loss of your mother. I'm keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
Thoughts and prayers from our family to yours....
I always enjoyed the stories my mother told of her and Aunt Margo's time spent in San Francisco when they were just young girls. Your mother was an amazingly strong women, must be that good Irish Stock.!!! I am so sorry for all you loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all.
Aunt Margo lived with strength and dignity. I also enjoyed listening to her spoken memoirs. She was so proud of all of her children. It was a pleasure to be in Flora a few years ago to celebrate her birthday and see her joy in being surrounded by family, friends, neighbors, and the bagpipers Mona brought in. My heartfelt condolences to each of my cousins. May sweet memories visit you.
