I remember visiting Mr. Pearce when I was a young girl with my Mom (Norma Estes) she was his cousin. he always had a warm smile for me. I always thought he looked so kind. Now grown up, I had the pleasure of bringing back old memories with him when I got to go back to Flora and he told me " I looked just like my Momma", that will always remain in my heart. He told me stories of he and my Mom running through the woods and the games they played as children. I loved hearing him remember old times. What a lovely man he was!! Thanks for the memories Mr. Pearce!!
