I don't know where to start.. From going to Lincoln School, with you and your sister Terri, to years later you staying with me for quite a while in Flora. I have many memories, I guess I kept to myself, like you waking me up one morning, while I was asleep on the couch, you had my sons guitar, playing and singing, very softly... You telling me one day I did't have to cook, coz' you were going to make me the best homemade chicken and noodles I had ever had... I told you mine were better, but I lied... You had me beat there !!! From shooting guns at targets to road-trippin', we done a lot of it... Thank you for being my Friend, and trusting me to be yours. NaNa, children, grandchildren, sisters, nieces , nephews, and aunts and uncles, I am truly sorry for your loss.. May God Bless you all ... R.I.P ..Jerry Wayne Camden ... ( Give my Mama Hugs ) ...

I don't know just where to start, do I tell a funny story about you (there are many), or say something sentimental? So I'll just talk to you from my heart...JW, my only brother, I love you with all my heart and will miss you more then you could ever imagine. You have been an amazing brother and a huge part of my life, I don't know how to go on without you. You always knew just what to say to make me smile and laugh, even when I didn't want to. You had a generous heart and a giving spirit. You were gifted in so many areas and had a passion for cooking and I will hold in my heart and treasure the things you have taught me. I love you and I will miss your face, your smile, your laugh, I will miss you Jerry Wayne. It's not good bye but see ya later because I'll see you on the flip side. Love,Tammie

I've been sitting here trying to think of what to write, maybe a good memory that shows what a big heart you had, maybe a joke you played on us as kids (eyeballs in chili anyone?), or maybe how you could take 3 ingredients and turn it into the best cake anyone's ever had. You were always there for me when I needed anything, helped me out, sided with me and passed along your desire to cook. You called my voicemail one time and told me the microwave was left on 7 minutes. You called me and sang the Mighty Mouse theme song. Inside jokes only me and you would get. I'm sorry that I never called you back and I'm sorry we hadn't talked in awhile. I wish things could have been different. I love you Uncle- Melissa

I sit here and don't really know what to say. So many memories of you. The shock that I will never hear you call me Lizzybeth again. I sit here and see your face every time I close my eyes. I remember our last words we shared. You treated me like I was your child and protected me like I was your child. Through the good times and bad, you are my uncle. The one and only uncle I ever knew. Death is not a true good bye, only a see you later. So until we meet again, Uncle, sleep peacefully. I love you. Love, Lizzybeth.
