So sorry to hear of Dorothy's passing. My prayers are with you all. I will remember Dorothy as sweet, friendly, and compassionate. We met by chance when Kelly and my mom (Helen) were both in a nursing home at the same time. That's when we discovered we were related. We gave each other photos of family we had never seen. Treasured memories. I will look forward to being with her again some day in heaven.
I am so sorry to learn today while visiting mom, that your mother passed. She was a sweet and pretty lady. You were an attentive and loving family. Thank you also for the kindness you had shown to my mother Lois.. My most sincere thoughts and prayers to you and yours
Prayers to all family. I feel blessed to have the chance to get to know Dorothy and her family. I have yet to figure out why every once in a while a patient can capture the sparkle and keep my interest simply be watching them in a hall or dining area. We tend to put up walls as nurses to avoid the heartache of loss, yet God has us figured out. Dorothy was simply a pleasure in every way. She was sweet natured, funny and occasionally the mother in her came out as she would try to watch out for someone less fortunate than herself. Her moments of clarity she stared straight thru the eyes into the soul. I pray for all of you. I didn't know Dorothy for very long. I didn't know Dorothy in her prime. But I did know her for a few months. I always remember the very most important times in a person's life are acceptance of life of ourselves or our children, marriage whether good or bad, and the loss of loved ones or ourselves.. I feel honored to be in the spiritual path that God was making for Dorothy during one of the most important times in her life. It was an honor to meet you all. Linda and Marsha special prayers to you. I also pray for Karley and Zoey that they understand the love of family and the circle of life. They were also a joy. Sandra special prayers to you also. Love to all .
Dorothy was such a wonderful woman and I enjoyed waiting on her at the US Bank. My prayers are with her family. You have my deepest sympathy!!!
