You was such a wonderful Christian woman
Prayers of comfort and peace to you and your family. Keep each fond memory close to your heart.
To Uncle Whez, Chuck, Brad and the rest of the family, Aunt Shirley was a beautiful woman both inside and out. Never was there ever a more devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and as her very first niece she was a sweet and wonderful aunt. She was only 13 when I was born but I remember her taking me for an ice cream when small. She will be missed so much and may God give you all comfort during the coming months. May his peace surround you and just know that she is having a heavenly reunion with her two sisters and parents who went before her. My sincere condolences to you all. Love you, Lynn

Thinking of you all at this difficult time. Prayers
Brad and family, We are so sorry for your loss. God be with you all. Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.
God has probably looked at Shirley's life and said, "Well done, you have been a marvelous wife and Mother, and grandmother, and great-grandma, with a wonderful sense of humor along the way - for the fun loving guys of the family." I pray that God gives peace, with comfort and love, and happy memories to Wheezer, Brad and Chuck, and the rest of the family this springtime as Shirley joins her beloved daughter, Jane, and family who have gone on. I know First Baptist will miss her presence, and as small a she was - there will be a large vacant place on the church pew.

My life was certainly shaped by spending time every summer with Aunt Shirl and Uncle Wheez at the farm. I can still taste Aunt's Shirl's fried zucchini sandwiches that she would occasional make for lunch. Aunt Shirl always made you feel like you belonged, even if she just saw you once a year. Rest in peace Aunt Shirl. You will be with me forever!
