So sorry for your loss. He probably knew my dad, Cliff Zimmerman. He was born and raised in Johnsonville, IL. and also was a WW II Veteran. These people from this time are amazing leaders and it is so hard to see them leaving us. My thoughts and prayers are with you all and Thank you Sir for serving so we have be able to enjoy the freedoms we have had.

Duffy and I first met at the Army Ordinance School at Redstone Arsenal, AL in 1959. We served in the same organization later at Vandenberg AFB. I am very sorry to learn of his passing and would like to convey my condolences to his wife, Ruth, on her great loss! May Duffy rest in peace. He was a good man.
