Terry Lee Windle, age 57, of Flora, Illinois, passed away at his home on September 19, 2016.
Terry was born September 1, 1959, in Springfield, the son of Kenneth Windle and Loretta Windle Boehm.
He was a 1978 graduate of Flora High School. While attending, he was an avid cross country runner and baseball pitcher.
Terry is survived by two daughters: Rachel Porshine (Victor) of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Mackenzi Windle of Champaign; two grandchildren: Avery and Evan; one step-granddaughter: Emma; father and stepmother: Kenneth and Jodi Windle of Flora; stepfather: Dalton Boehm of Tallula; two brothers: Robin Windle (Joncia Phillips) and David Windle, both of Flora; two sisters: Jill Butts (Mike) of St. Peter and Karen Feidt (Mike) of Hastings, Minnesota; six stepbrothers: Scott Kight (Michelle) of New Jersey and Michael Kight (Sean) of Kansas City, Missouri, and Gary, Larry, Ron and Steve Boehm; one stepsister: Debbie Litton; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend: Karen Howington.
He was preceded in death by two children: Natasha and Derrick Windle; his mother: Loretta Boehm; a brother: Rusty Windle; paternal grandparents: Noble and Fern Windle; and maternal grandparents: Walter and Louella Moss.
A Celebration Of Life Service for Terry Windle will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2016, at Frank & Bright Funeral Home in Flora. A memorial visitation will be from 5-6 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Visit www.frankandbright.com to share a condolence or memory with the family.
