Rita and Kye, I am so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. It is a difficult time, but you have so many wonderful memories to cherish! I will always remember the fun we had growing up and the visits to your home in the "south end." We ran in and out of your house a lot! I can also still see all the adult card players gathered around your dining room table in the evenings. I'm glad you were able to spend extra time with your mom these last few months and enjoyed seeing the pictures you posted. I will always remember Maye for her generosity and kindness, but also for her spunk! I can still hear her voice saying, "Now you kids..."
Praying that your family will find comfort and love in the many pleasant memories you have of Maye. God bless each of you.
My sympathy to your families. The memories of Maye and Bonnie in the store will always be remembered.
Mae was a very sweet spunky lady. Hugs & prayers to you all.

So sorry for your loss.
My deepest sympathy goes out to Kye, Rita, their families and the extended family of Maye. May the peace of a life well lived bring you comfort.
I am so sorry to hear about Maye's passing. She was a wonderful person. She always made everyone feel so relaxed in her house and was a joy to be around.
Maye was a very special Mom and Lady. Maye had the ability to light up a room and always made people around her comfortable. In fact, she always made Judie and I feel like family. Judie recounted several stories to me about time spent with Donna Lee at Maye and Granny's homes in the south end. If it wasn't baby sitting Kye, it would be hanging out at Granny's at lunch time with Harry and all the brothers. We are so sorry for your loss. We will keep Rita, Kye and all of the family in our thoughts and prayers.
You are all in our thoughts and prayers!!
Goodbye to a warm, loving lady who would beat us in cards and take our money gladly. She was a special person. Our prayers are for her and her wonderful family. Rest in peace
To the family: I'm so sorry for your loss. My brother & I were back "home" a couple weeks before Maye's passing. We drove through Fox Creek, & as we drove by the house, we chatted about Harry & Maye being such wonderful people. We are truly sorry. ~Celia & Mike~ Maye: Please give Harry a big hug from the Cardascio "kids". We love you two! ~Celia, Mike & Joe~
What a wonderful woman! She joins my mother, Marie Connett in the Heavens where I know they will be laughing and singing God's praises.
We are very sorry to hear of the passing of Maye. Prayers of comfort to the family.
