Marcia Jessup, age 82, of Flora, Illinois, passed away November 24, 2017, at her home.

     She was born March 10, 1935, in Richland County, the daughter of Jesse and Bertha (Nichols) Skelton.  She married Paul Jessup May 17, 1968, in Mt. Vernon.  He preceded her in death May 13, 2005.

     She is survived by a brother: Richard (wife Linda) Skelton of Olney; and a number of nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son: Stanton Pharris; 6 brothers: Vern, Bob, Warren, Jack, Kenneth, and Donald Skelton; and 2 sisters: Betty Taylor and Vivian Earp.

     A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at Elmwood Cemetery in Flora, where interment will follow.  Arrangements are in the care of Frank & Bright Funeral Home in Flora.
