Sending thoughts & prayers for the family. We were Coon Club buddies at Flora & know he will be missed by many.
His family will be in our thoughts and prayers. Gene was a fine man. I always enjoyed visiting with Gene at Redbone Days or any hunt at Flora.
Mom, Teresa, Tim, and Jim So sorry for your loss! I know you feel God's loving arms around you in this time of sadness.
Our deepest condolences on Gene's passing. From the list of his accomplishments listed, he was an awesome man! May the peace of our Father be with you during the difficult days ahead. Sincerely, Mark & Minnie Rakher (Tim Knight's co-workers)
The sport of coon hunting has lost one of it's greatest Ambassadors. He was a column writer, a competitor, a breeder of outstanding dogs. But most of all he was the definition of a gentleman and a sportsman. With his passing there will remain a void among us. Chris Waller, President Illinois State Coon Hunter's Assn.
Tim, sorry for your loss. Prayers for you and your entire family. May God bless you.
Just learned of his passing. Praying for the family and friends.
