Bob was one of the nicest men I ever met in my life. I remember him coming into the West Y years ago. I will miss him coming into Casey's for his doughnut. May God be with his family at this hard time I'm sure he will be missed.

KEEPING THE FAMILY IN PRAYER
I first saw,and met, Bob Grubb with my Grandfather near Cisne,Ill at his original Salvage Yard when I was probably 12 or 13 years of age. In later years I was a frequent customer of "GRUBBS" the salvage yard in Flora, for years. This man also lent me small amounts of money for my old projects at different times in my life in the 1970's as well. I think,no, I KNOW it would be a sure bet to assume that Bob Grubb has helped a great many people in his life and he has many friends. His drag racing efforts were, and still are, legendary around here and he will be missed immensely by a large group of friends and people whose lives he touched in the course of his.
Deepest sympathies and condolences to Bob's family. He was a great guy, as good as they get. He will be missed by all of his friends.
