Graveside Service: 10 a.m. Saturday, January 19, 2019, at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Xenia
Charles Harrison Paul, age 91, of Flora, Illinois, passed away Thursday morning, January 17, 2019, at Flora Gardens Care Center.
He was born October 9, 1927, in Xenia, Illinois, the son of Elbridge A. and Vivian G. (Harrison) Paul. He married Judith Crown on July 13, 1946, and they enjoyed 63 years of marriage.
Charlie served in the Army. He farmed with his dad on the family farm and later he and Judy owned Midtown Tavern and Midtown Package Liquors. He was a member of the Oddfellows, the Elks Club, the American Legion, and also a member of the Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by four children: Cheri (Ed) McCormick of Flora, Dana Switzer of Overland Park, Kansas, Sam (Erica) Paul of Salem, and Terri Krutsinger of Yukon, Oklahoma; 9 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
A public graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, January 19, 2019, at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Xenia, Illinois. Frank & Bright Funeral Home in Flora assisted the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Clay County Hospice and will be accepted through the funeral home.

charlie was along time friend. sorry to here of his passing. not attending his service, because i'm at one of his favorite places(horseshoe casino, tunica ms). GOD BLESS YOU CHARLIE PAUL!!
