Graveside Service: 1 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2019, at Elmwood Cemetery, Flora
Linda (Stewart) Webb, 76, of Martinsville, Indiana, and formerly of Flora, Illinois, passed away peacefully with loved ones by her side on Saturday, February 23rd, 2019 at Community South Hospital in Indianapolis. Linda was the only child born to Dello and Mildred (Blair) Stewart on July 23, 1942 in Vincennes.
She enjoyed working as a teacher’s aide for the Flora School District and serving as high school coach at Flora Christian Church for many years. She was also a dedicated homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother.
She was a member of the Hoosier Harvest Church in Martinsville, as well as The Matriarch of Hoosier Harvest Church.
She leaves behind her children and their spouses, Amy Guerrettaz (Brian) of Martinsville and Christopher Webb (Sara) of St. Lois, MO; step-daughter, Phyllis Karen Webb and step-son, J.G. Webb (Deborah) of Frankfort, KY and her grandchildren, Tate William and Tanner Carl Guerrettaz.
Her late husband, Dr. Carl C. Webb, preceded her in death on October 3, 2015. They were married May 21, 1967. She was also preceded in death by one step-daughter, Carla Gail Webb.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, March 1st, 2019 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Neal & Summers Funeral & Cremation Center in Martinsville, Indiana. A memorial service celebrating Linda’s life will begin immediately following visitation at 7:00 pm at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 2nd, 2019 at 1:00 pm at the Elmwood Cemetery in Flora, Illinois, with Frank & Bright Funeral Home assisting.

I was a little girl when the Webbs built their new home in Xenia just down the road from my parents. They were wonderful neighbors. I remember Linda as a soft spoken, kind and beautiful lady. Her family is in my prayers. So sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry to hear about LINDA. She and Doc was such good high school coaches and such wonderful people. We all were truly blessed by knowing them.i have such fond memories of all the time we spent with them.

Chris & Amy, I am so very sorry about the loss of your Mother. Dad made special effort to keep Linda first & foremost, she was a shining light in his life, thus to the rest of us. As someone who's also lost their Mother, I pray you find many comforts in Linda's loving memories, many of which live and will continue to live through all of the wonderful family recipes she handed down. Special thanks to school friends who let me know of her passing. God bless you all. My heart is with you at this most sad time.
