My condolences to Joyce’s family. She was a lovely lady and a joy to work with at the courthouse. Prayers. RIP Joyce❣️
I worked at the Courthouse the same time Joyce did. She was an incredibly strong woman.
My sympathy to the family and friends of Joyce. I consider it was a great honor knowing Joyce as a friend and coworker for many years. Joyce was polite to everyone and conducted herself in a professional manner. She always anticipated the work that needed to be done and got the job done on time or ahead of schedule. Joyce never said a bad word about anyone. She was as nice of a person as you would ever want to meet. Again I consider it a great honor to have known and worked with Joyce.
