Nov 5th, 1945 - Sep 13th, 2020Margret Helen Stanley, age 74, of Flora, Illinois, passed away Sunday morning, September 13, 2020, at her home.
She was born November 5, 1945, in Kentucky, the daughter of Ray and Elizabeth (Puckett) Green.
Margret spent most of her childhood years in Alaska. She worked at a cotton classing job, then for the SPS Utility Company, and later as a caseworker for the Texas Workforce Commission all in Lubbock, Texas, before moving to Flora in 2013. Margret was very artistic, loved to paint, and enjoyed time spent reading.
She is survived by her ex-husband and friend: David Stanley of Flora.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son: Robert Adams.
