Jim Arbuckle
Jan 31st, 1948 - Feb 8th, 2024James H. Arbuckle, age 76, of Louisville, Illinois, passed away Thursday afternoon, February 8, 2024, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.
Jim was born January 31, 1948, in Louisville, the son of Charles and Marie (Fitzgerald) Arbuckle. He was previously married to the late Randa Jeffries Russ. Jim shared his life for over 35 years with the late Judy Farmer, who passed away December 28, 2015.
Jim attended Flora Schools and went on to serve in the U.S. Navy. He found work in the oil fields and construction, and as a tow truck driver and janitor. He also worked at AMF in Olney, and later at the World Color Press mailing center in Flora.
He is survived by his son, Douglas (Theresa) Arbuckle of Douglasville, Georgia; a granddaughter, Tiffany Ann Arbuckle; a sister, Charlotte (William) VanWinkle of Lawrenceville; and a sister-in-law, Juanita Arbuckle of Iuka.
He was preceded in passing by his parents; his companion, Judy; and a brother, Douglas Arbuckle.
