Phillip was born December 10, 1938, in Manistee, MI, to Glenn and Cynthia (LaGraff) Hubbell. He was an Army veteran, and a member of Assembly of God Church in Flora. He had worked at McDonald’s.
A memorial service for Phillip Hubbell will be held at 6 p.m., Monday, July 7, 2014, at Assembly of God Church in Flora with Pastor Lee Woods officiating.
