Maybelle Milam
Aug 9th, 1924 - Nov 15th, 2014Maybelle A. Milam, age 90, of Flora, Illinois passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Clay County Hospital in Flora.
Maybelle was born August 9, 1924 in Grand Junction, Colorado to Ben and Geneva (Yates) Harvey. She married Alexander Brunner on May 9, 1948 in Sterling, Colorado and he preceded her in death in 1968. Maybelle had worked at the Flora Care Center, Ranch Steakhouse, and did Home Health Care. She attended Flora Assembly of God and during her stay at Flora Health Care Center participated in many of the activities held there.
Maybelle is survived by her daughter: Patti (Bill) Crumbacher of Flora; a son: Stanley Brunner of Eureka, CA; along with 4 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 sons, 1 daughter, 4 brothers, and 1 sister.
A graveside service for Maybelle Milam will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Elmwood Cemetery in Flora. There is no visitation. Frank & Bright Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. To share a memory or leave a condolence visit www.frankandbright.com.
