   Barbara Winters, age 75, of Louisville, Illinois, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2015, at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney. 

   Barbara was born May 22, 1940 in Clay County to Thomas Everett and Eunice Alice (Montgomery) Cochran. 

   She is survived by two sons: Kelvin Winters of Louisville and Thomas  (Yvonne) Winters of Flora; one sister: Dorothy Edmison of Millstadt, IL; 4 grandchildren: Sheila (Dan) Theobald of Waterloo, IL, Sheryl (Darrin) Wolff of Salem, Tevin Winters of Flora, and Dericka Winters of Flora; 4 great-grandchildren: Tyler, Kyle, Kennedy, and Dylan; nephew: John Hardin and partner Brad Stanley of Columbia, IL; and two great-nephews: Aedan and Dylan.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

   A funeral service for Barbara Winters will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2015, at Frank & Bright Funeral Home in Flora.  Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2015, at Frank & Bright Funeral Home.   Burial will be in Christian Home Cemetery, Louisville, Illinois.

   Immediately following the funeral, there will be a lunch served in the basement of the Faith Tabernacle Church in Flora.
