Judy Turner

   Judith “Judy” A. Turner, age 77, of Flora, Illinois, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017, at Clay County Hospital in Flora.

   Judy was born September 26, 1940, in Odin, the daughter of Leroy E. and Lucille (Lewis) Turner.  She enjoyed pug dogs, going shopping, and spending time with family.  She had attended Flora First Baptist Church.

   Judy is survived by 2 sisters: Lorna Gay Leathers of Flora and Nancy (Ray) Corry of Fairview Heights; a niece: Lee Ann Corry of Flora; a nephew: Blake Leathers of Flora; a great-niece: Shayna Leathers and her son Aiden of Flora; and a special friend: Dixie Slagley of Flora.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister: Anita Turner.

   There will be no services and interment will be at a later date in Crest Haven Cemetery, Olney.  Arrangements are in the care of Frank & Bright Funeral Home in Flora.  Memorial donations in Judy’s memory may be given to Fur A Good Paws and will be accepted at the funeral home.
