Brian “Tyler” Thomas Sessions, age 27, of Jacksonville, Florida, and formerly of Zenith, Illinois, passed away Monday, October 8, 2018.
Tyler was born October 7, 1991, in Flora, Illinois, to Brian and Roseann Lynn (Briscoe) Sessions.
Tyler worked as an equipment operator and mechanic. He enjoyed time spent playing his drums and being outdoors with family and friends.
Tyler is survived by a son: Kayden; a daughter: Isabella; mother: Lynn Sessions; sister: Trisha Cooley; 2 brothers: Preston Sessions and Chadd Spicer; paternal grandfather Kennith Sessions and wife Sherrie (Curella) Sessions; maternal grandfather: Tom Briscoe; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
Tyler was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother: Judith (Dickerson) Knackmuhs; maternal great-grandparents: Roy & Grace (Adams) Dickerson; and paternal great-grandparents: Kennith & Norene (Goad) Sessions.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, October 3, 2020, at Thomason Cemetery, Wayne City, with Pastor Short Sledge officiating.
