Prayers to the family for your loss. Your parents were very sweet people & lived on Hickory for many years. God Bless Kris & family.
So sorry for your loss Kris, I have many fond memories of both your mom and dad. They were special!
Our prayers go out to you all. Dan and I were in the choir at First Christian with Norman and Lyn. They were a fun couple - Norman with his good humor and Lyn always so friendly and interested in us and our kids. They were older than us, but the age difference did not seem to matter. We miss them both.
Always in my heart!
So sorry for your Loss. She was a special person in my life. Our Mother and Lynn had a special bond. More like Sisters.🙏❤️
She still looks as beautiful as I remember her. I hold dear the times I spent at your home and how much fun your parents were - all through junior high they drove to away ball games. Lyn was the only one to cut my hair exactly as I wanted it. My heart and prayers go out to you.
I have such fond memories of Lyn. When Kris and I we were teens, Lyn was such a great sport, always willing to drive us anywhere we wanted to go and ready to listen to our stories, including all the drama and teen-age angst associated with that time in our lives. And no one could make my upsweep hair for school dances look better! She was such a special person to me, and I will miss her greatly.
It was just a year ago that you and I were sharing stories about our moms and all the memories we have had with the both of them. Now they are gone and reunited with our dads --- what a glorious reunion that must be. I am deeply sorry for your loss and my prayers are with you and your family.
Kris - Very sad to hear about your mother. I wish I lived closer. I would have been there for support, but I know you were surrounded by your family and those that love you.
